      <image:caption>Ruairi Nolan is an accredited Mindfulness Teacher with a Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness &amp; Positive Psychology from the Irish Mindfulness Academy. He provides a variety of professional mindfulness courses and services consisting of mindfulness , meditation, psycho education and scientifically backed methods to alleviate stress and live life in the present moment. All services are attuned to an emphasis on providing a peaceful, authentic and memorable experience. “Mindful Us was founded upon a deep rooted passion of the soul. A passion that originated from self- exploration and evolved into the provision of mental health services, spreading awareness and improving your quality of life and well being. I believe that the awareness that arises from the practice of mindfulness is the key to unlocking the well of wisdom and peace that resides within us all. This innate peace and awareness, has transformed my life in such a way that there is no arrangement of words I could use to accurately describe this transformation, in the same way that there are no amount words that can fully define the transformative nature of being fully present in the here and now. The words, “thank you” are probably as good of words as any. On that note, I give thanks to you for being here and for taking the time out of your day just to read these words. Hopefully if even for a moment, may these words resonate with that deeper peace or stillness within you in such a way that you’re freed momentarily from the need to occupy the illusions of the mind. And if our paths cross again, may we be fortunate enough to further explore this peace, the benefits of living life in the present and allowing it to unfold from one moment to the next. The name Mindful Us came to be from the idea that there is and never will be a singular identity that is wholly responsible for the facilitation of its practices and services, but instead a shared experience created by all those who attend.       <image:caption>All courses consist of a unique blend of mindfulness based techniques and practices that have been passed down from ancient times, coupled with the influential interventions of the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program(MBSR, 1979) founded by Jon-Kabat-Zinn, the methods proposed in the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy program (MBCT, 1995) up to and supported by the inclusion of modern day mindfulness research. Courses are also infused with key elements from Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and contemporary neuroscience that will enrich and consolidate your understating of the mind, lessening your habitual negative thoughts which in turn will facilitate deeper levels of mindfulness practice, improving your overall health, well being and connectivity to life itself.
